Refund policy

Each merch item from the Nick Carter Official Merch Store is made-to-order and custom printed just for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we're always happy to make it right by providing a replacement of the same item. Let us know by contacting us within seven (7) days of delivery at help@nickcartermerch.com with your full name, order number, and clear photos of the problem areas on the item you received.

Please note that initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our team to help resolve the issue may result in your account being banned from future merch purchases.
