Shipping policy
All of the products from the Nick Carter Official Merch Store are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, orders require a short processing period before they ship. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or high order volume, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Because our products are produced and fulfilled by multiple print partners and facilities, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at help@nickcartermerch.com and our team will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
